LARUE, ESQ., P.L.L.C. regularly publishes a Flat Fee Price List, and we can usually quote a flat fee rate for your probate matter that is lower than the fee schedule guidelines set by the local probate court rules.  

ELDER LAW

  We handle many types of Elder Law issues.  Elder Law is the only area of law that is defined by the type of client served (Generally, those over the age of 50) rather than the type of case handled.  An Elder Law case is actually any case involving an older person as the client.  Attorney David A. LaRue, the founder of DAVID A. LARUE, ESQ., P.L.L.C. has been one of the approximately 5,000 members of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) since 1996.  LaRue has practiced law since 1987.  

LONG-TERM CARE PLANNING

At DAVID A. LARUE, ESQ., P.L.L.C. we focus our particular Elder Law Practice on the area known as Long-Term Care Planning.  LTC Planning includes five areas of concern when dealing with clients facing the possibility of needing (and paying for) Long-Term Health Care:  Selection of care options;  Medicaid Qualification Planning; Long-Term Care Insurance Issues; Estate Planning; and Financial Issues. We offer a signature long-term care planning service known as the Comprehensive Elderly Planning Package.
